Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
  • ½ cup cucumbers, finely diced
  • 1 lime wedge, fully squeezed
  • ½ tsp myFlavor Pizza (or more if
  •  desired)
  • Dash crushed red pepper flakes  (optional)

Directions:

  • Peel hard boiled eggs and dice.
  • Mix diced eggs with mashed avocado.
  • Add diced cucumber, lime juice and myFlavor Pizza.  
  •  Mix well.

Lean Beef Burger with Potobello "Buns"

Ingredients:

  • Grass Fed Lean Ground Beef / or Turkey.
  • Large Portobello Mushroom Caps.
  • Turkey Bacon.
  • White Onion.
  • Spinach .
  • myFlavor myAll Seasoning

Directions:

  • Make Bacon and over easy egg first.
  • For the Portobellos, heat pan to medium-high heat.
  • Remove stem and Scrape out mushroom gills, spray with coconut oil as well as the pan.
  • Place mushroom top down on oiled pan and cover, cook for about 4 min. and then flip to cook inside of mushroom for another 3-4 min. or until mushroom is soft and tender.
  • Set “buns” aside and cook burgers.
  • May have to use paper towel/ napkin to soak up the juices from the mushroom caps.
  • Assemble your burger.
